This serum was created to help soothe skin irritated by UV rays and other external factors. Green tea and mugwort provide moisture and soothe the skin, while panthenol acts as a moisture barrier to protect the skin from becoming irritated. Panthenol (Vitamin B5) 5% As a well-known moisturizing ingredient, Panthenol is converted into vitamin B5 when absorbed into the skin. It binds strongly to moisture and prevents moisture from escaping, effectively keeping the skin hydrated
How to use
Apply 2-3 drops of serum onto the skin and pat gently to help absorption.
